This home comes equipped with a kayak for guests to use. Feel free to launch it at the bottom of the driveway and head down the river in either direction. Guests can also take advantage of the convenient boat launch access right at bottom of the driveway, offering the unique opportunity to travel through Follins Pond and out toward the ocean. Enjoy the beach as well! Guests are encouraged to eat, drink, and grill in the backyard. What's nearby: Guests can access Follins Pond Beach at the end of the driveway. The nearest beach is on the Bay side of the Cape, Corporation Beach, four-and-a-half miles away. If guests want to explore the south side of the Cape, West Dennis Beach is just six miles from the home. The Cape Cod Mall, known as the center point of the Cape, is 10 and a half miles away. Things to know: A kayak is available for use by the guests.
