Upon entering, discover a welcoming open floor plan with high ceilings, tile floors throughout, and large beautiful windows offering tons of natural light. Curl up comfortably on the sectional and get ready for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The well-appointed has been updated with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Another great perk is the dry bar with bar seating. Additional perks include an electric grill and central AC. Please note that renting this property requires a background check submitted directly to the HOA. There is an additional fee outside of the booking platform of $19.95 per person (subject to change) for all guests 18 years of age and older. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send detailed instructions on how to complete the required background check. Once the background check has been submitted and approved, the HOA also requires a separate application to be completed.
