This gorgeous backyard bungalow puts you right in the heart of Tampa's hip, South Seminole Heights neighborhood, close to some of the city's best restaurants and attractions. The popular Riverwalk and the new Armature Works are less than two miles away by bike or car, while breweries and several great dining options can be found within walking distance. The cottage has been fully renovated for complete modern comfort and features a detached floor plan for added privacy and separation from the main house. A brand-new deck (shared with the main house) offers a shaded spot to relax with your favorite beverage. In the evenings, you can gather around the firepit on the shared patio. A full-size fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a sink provide home-snacking convenience. Free WiFi and a smart TV are equipped for streaming, web browsing, and remote working. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and a split air-conditioner. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
