The main living area and primary suite are located on the upper level, with additional bedrooms and a family room downstairs. Guests must be able to climb stairs, as there is no elevator. • Dog friendly! Up to 2 dogs are welcome (maximum 50 lbs each). Additional pet fees apply. • Netarts Bay is renowned for clamming, crabbing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and wildlife viewing. • Ample space is available to store boats, kayaks, crab pots, and other outdoor gear. • Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage. • Located on a quiet dead-end street, offering a peaceful setting while remaining just minutes from beaches, hiking trails, and the Tillamook Coast's top attractions • Approximately 90 minutes from Portland, making it an ideal destination for weekend escapes and longer coastal vacations.
