Savor the gorgeous ocean views on the deck or while gathered around the wood-burning firepit. Inside, enjoy the warm ambience of a wood-burning fireplace in the bright and airy living area. Or host a movie in the well-equipped entertainment room, which features a smart TV, Playstation, built-in surround sound, and provided movies and games. The sparkling kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a Wolf range, two dishwashers, and a built-in refrigerator. A second fridge in the utility room provides even more storage space. When it’s time to eat, gather at the elegant dining table, complete with incredible ocean views. WHAT’S NEARBY A short walk on the neighborhood trails leads you to the coast. Stop by Cape Lookout State Park for hiking, stunning views, or a beachside picnic. You’ll also find amazing hikes nearby at Munson Creek Falls, Cape Meares, and the Tillamook National Forest. Golfers will enjoy playing the Alderbrook Golf Course (13 miles). THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available using your own account. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, 7 days a week. No outside lights or noise during quiet hours. Cell service is not available in the area. You will need to connect to WiFi to use your phone.
