You'll also be less than two miles west of the Highland Lighthouse and the ocean shores of Cape Cod National Seashore. Truro Vineyards, where they grow and distill their own wine on-site, is less than a mile north, and the heart of Provincetown - an epicenter for whale-watching, dining, and nightlife - is seven miles northwest.
