The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy and enjoyable, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a large pantry, and plenty of storage space — perfect for cooking fresh local seafood or sharing meals together. The primary suite offers a peaceful private retreat with a luxurious king bed, private bathroom, TV, spacious walk-in closet, and direct balcony access — ideal for morning coffee or quiet evenings outdoors. Bedroom two provides flexible sleeping options with a comfortable queen bed plus a twin daybed and twin trundle, making it great for families or additional guests. Both bedrooms include TVs for added comfort. For convenience, enjoy a full-size washer and dryer so you can pack light and refresh your beach essentials anytime. A dedicated storage unit in the garage provides space for beach gear and personal belongings. As part of The Sanctuary community, guests have access to three sparkling swimming pools, two fitness centers, and outdoor grilling areas — delivering a true resort-style experience with exceptional amenities. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. Streaming is available using your own accounts. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
