Step out onto one of the two oceanfront balconies for a tranquil evening cocktail or your morning coffee, with the ocean as your backdrop and pelicans gliding by overhead. The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is a dream for any chef. It's spacious and well-equipped, perfect for preparing family meals with ease. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
