Footprints By The Shore surrounds you with beach-themed comfort that creates lasting vacation memories! This beautiful condo is fully furnished for all your beach enjoyment. Offering TVs in all the bedrooms, a fully equipped top-of-the-line kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you need, and plenty of space for your friends or group, this is truly the home away from home you need! When you first walk into the open living area, you're met with beautiful beach decor and furnishings for everyone. There are two full-size reclining sofas and two oversized chairs, along with a large HD TV with streaming available through your own accounts. Choose from the various books or games throughout the condo, or enjoy one of the beautiful views from the oceanfront balcony located off the living room. And don't forget the free internet service! The living area has also been recently upgraded with beautiful ceramic tile throughout, along with a beautiful custom mural painting in the foyer. In the kitchen area, we've provided all the basic dinnerware and cookware you need to make your favorite meals. Try the local farms and seafood to complement your already creative feasts while dining at the full-size dining room table. Take the festivities outside and enjoy your food on the outdoor dining set or in the beautiful Adirondack chairs. Inside, there's plenty of seating, including additional bar-height stools just off the granite countertops for everyone in your group. There's also ample cabinet and pantry space for any additional items you bring. In each bedroom suite, we've provided a comfortable king or queen bed, with an additional twin-size daybed and twin trundle bed in the second bedroom for flexible sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom is also fully furnished with a dresser and/or nightstand set, closet space, and private bathroom access. There's also an HD TV in each bedroom for late-night viewing. Lastly, we provide access to a very convenient garage-level storage closet equipped with almost everything you'll need for a fun day at the beach, so you can leave your beach gear behind and keep the car less packed! We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, and plenty of sand toys. It's all waiting for you to make your own Footprints By The Shore! Use of the condo amenities, with no additional resort fee, includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers. Please note that cell phone service in the area can be spotty, and Wi-Fi connectivity may be limited at times due to the location of the home. A landline is available for guest use.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
