Outside in the first-floor poolside courtyard, you can grill up a feast on one of the Viking gas grills while enjoying the teak-style patio seating. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
