The owners of this 4,000-square-foot, semi-oceanfront beauty have continually made improvements, upgrades, and changes to enhance your vacation experience. The owners are proud to share their slice of Sandbridge paradise with you. The house's other features include a private pool and a massive, second-floor, wrap-around sun deck both with lots of deck furniture. There is a fabulous party gazebo located poolside that offers its own refrigerator and plenty of bar stools for those who want a break from the sun. Enjoy cooking up some barbecue with the grill located next to the gazebo and hot tub. Is the ocean calling you? Convenient beach access is located right across the street. Things to Know The pool is open seasonally from late April through early/mid-October. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an e-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
