The newly renovated kitchen features flowing white quartz countertops with waterfall edges, a beautiful quartz backsplash, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and a modern sink. The stove offers air-frying capabilities, while the quiet Bosch dishwasher makes cleanup easy. An extra-long beach-wood dining table provides plenty of seating for meals, with the kitchen stocked with dinnerware, glassware, and other essentials. The spacious living room is beautifully decorated with natural wood elements and colors inspired by the sand, sea, and seagrass. Plenty of comfortable seating provides options for curling up with a book by the oceanfront window or relaxing on the sectional with a movie. The luxurious primary suite features a clean, breezy design and sliding glass doors leading to a spacious balcony with views of the sea, sandy dunes, and swaying grasses. The renovated primary bathroom includes a large rain shower and a relaxing jacuzzi tub—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations and coastal-inspired décor. One features trundle beds for flexible sleeping arrangements, while convenient touch-sensor lamps with USB ports make it easy to keep devices charged. Fresh bed linens, towels, and bath mats are provided by a professional linen service. A spacious laundry room includes a washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron for added convenience. Complimentary internet service and Roku TVs are available in the living room and select bedrooms. On the grounds, guests can enjoy a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. Other things to note

Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided. The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The rockers are for indoor use only. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Do not move furniture between rooms. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
