Start your morning with coffee as the sun rises over the ocean, or unwind in the evening with your favorite drink while listening to the sound of the waves. The living area also features premium cable for relaxing with your favorite shows, movies, or sporting events. The large open kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space to prepare meals. It's well equipped with the essential cookware and appliances needed for everything from a quick breakfast to a fresh seafood dinner. The oceanfront primary suite offers a comfortable bed, private bathroom with a granite-topped double vanity, generous closet space, and a TV. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
