The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, complete with a TV and a surround-sound home theater system for a truly immersive experience. The chef of the group will love the completely updated kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, a modern sink, and sleek kitchen tiles. Enjoy your meals inside, or head out to the upper deck to dine with ocean views. The outdoor space is a standout feature of the Sandlot. Pair up for a game of volleyball on the soft grassy court, then cool off with a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the refined putting green—so don't forget your clubs! And if relaxation is on the agenda, the poolside loungers are perfect for soaking in the warm Virginia sun. Things to Know The fireplace is only for off-season use from October to May. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. The living room and the master bedroom have cable. All other TVs are streaming service only.
