Recent upgrades include a stainless steel refrigerator, gas grill, spacious under-counter microwave, and dryer. The beautifully landscaped lawn, complete with palm trees, transports you to the tropics, while breathtaking ocean and canal views await in the great room. Extra amenities to enjoy include central air-conditioning, four Roku-equipped TVs for streaming your favorite channels (no cable), an outdoor shower, ceiling fans, complimentary internet access, a screened porch, and brand-new multi-level open decks. The magnificently designed in-ground swimming pool features a spacious deck for lounging, a Hawaiian-themed tropical bar for entertaining, and two private docks for fishing, crabbing, or launching kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes.
