Enjoy access to three beautiful pools during your stay and relax with a view of the beach. A storage unit in the parking garage makes it easy to stow your beach gear. This lovely condo provides all the conveniences you’d want for a family beach vacation, featuring a main suite with an en suite bath, ample closet space, and a large SmartTV. The living area, open to the kitchen, is perfect for family time and offers high-end, comfortable furniture for unwinding after a day of fun. The spacious kitchen boasts glowing granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, equipped with all the cookware, serving dishes, and utensils you’ll need to whip up your favorite meals. Feeling hungry but don’t want to cook? Just walk across the street to The Baja, a local favorite for nearly 30 years, offering delicious food and occasional live entertainment with a gorgeous view of the bay. After a long day at the beach or fishing off the Sandbridge Island Fishing Pier next door, grab your favorite drink and relax on the private balcony, soaking in the amazing colors of the sunset sky! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
