Stop by the on site Mexican restaurant for a margarita before taking the elevator up to your penthouse, where spectacular sunsets over Back Bay await. This condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Feel at home in the open floor plan, which boasts 2,260 square feet of stylish décor, a fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, two spacious primary suites, and a third suite with two sets of twin-over-full bunks—perfect for kids or the young at heart. Additional features include free WiFi and four TVs, with one in each bedroom. Enjoy the amenities of a resort while savoring all the comforts of home! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
