A ground-floor patio and main-floor deck each come equipped with a gas grill for summertime cookouts. The lower living room features a smart TV, sofa, and walk-out access to the patio. An extra-large sectional and smart TV set the stage for family movie nights in the main living area. The stainless steel kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home cooking, including all the major appliances and a convenient island prep station. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials.
