Sliding glass doors in the sunroom lead to an ocean-view deck with seating. Two balconies are accessed via the upstairs bedrooms - one of which has a bistro table for two. Fire up the grill in the fenced backyard and enjoy an afternoon cookout. A large lawn is great for yard games. Create tasty meals in the updated and well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine. Stretch out on a leather sectional and two armchairs in the coastal-inspired living room. Watch your favorite shows on the 38-inch cable TV. Spend quality time relaxing in the sunroom, featuring wall-to-wall windows and ocean views. This bright and airy space includes ample lounge seating as well as a four-seat table. Each bedroom of this two-level home features ocean views. The upstairs primary bedroom boasts a private, ocean-view balcony and an en suite bathroom configured with a soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a private balcony with ocean views. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and one reserved space on the street. Things to Know This two-story home is accessed via several steps at the entryway. The fireplace is not operational. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
