Hunger is sure to arise after an abundance of activity ensues, so fire up the gas grill and host a barbecue! Inside, the home's new HVAC system will keep you cool and comfortable, even during the summer months. Peaceful and bright, the spacious living room boasts comfortable seating and a large TV.
